Simulation Study on Variable Pressure Margin Energy Recovery of Electric Loader Actuator

چکیده

The conventional electric loader uses a motor instead of an engine, which aligns with the current energy-saving and emission-reduction trend. However, motor’s speed control performance overload capacity are under-utilized, actuator suffers from potential energy waste problem boom arm. This study proposes variable pressure margin recovery system for actuator. It combination permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) quantitative pump. can achieve through feedback closed-loop control. AMESim is used to build simulation model based on strategy, actuator, supercapacitor, PMSM mathematical mode. Under typical working conditions, conducted 50-type wheel obtain cylinder displacement, recovery, performance. results show that feasible effectively reduce consumption. Its efficiency 65.4%. supply reduced by 28.6% has high performance, 38.5%. provides reference research systems construction machinery.
